What we collect: Only what you enter into the form yourself: company name and email address. If you create a box, this is joined by whatever you then write into it.

Purpose and legal basis: We process these details to set up and operate your box. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract, or pre-contractual measures).

Sharing: No sharing with third parties for marketing. This site and your box run with Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, which produces technically necessary server logs. For the language capabilities inside your box we use Anthropic PBC as a processor. Both are bound by contract and process only on our instructions.

No tracking: This page sets no cookies, embeds no analytics and does not track your behaviour. The typeface is served from our own server too — loading this page creates no connection to Google or any other third party. If you switch between light and dark, your browser remembers that choice locally; it never leaves your device.

Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR. An informal email is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.

We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no retention obligation applies.
