Note: This page summarises the contractual terms we publicly commit to. Full terms and conditions are in preparation; until then the individual agreement in the offer prevails.

Who the contracting party is

The contracting party is STAYFRITZ SPAIN, S.L., Avenida Central, 18, 07184 El Toro, Calvià, Mallorca, Spain, CIF B26591909. The offer is aimed exclusively at businesses, not consumers.

What we provide

You receive your own instance („box“) with its own database and address, operated in a data centre in Germany. You request changes via the board; hosting, backups and updates are included.

The scope depends on the package chosen. You may change package from the following month, in either direction.

Prices and payment

The prices shown on the homepage apply: €98 per month for „Box Starter“, €350 for „Box Basic“ and €890 for „Box Responsibility“, plus VAT. No setup fee is charged. The first monthly fee is due on conclusion of the contract.

For customers based in Germany with a valid VAT ID, invoicing uses the reverse-charge procedure. Billing is monthly in advance.

„Starter“ includes 50 processed items a month, „Basic“ 250 — an item is one document, one message or one reconciliation. Anything beyond that is agreed in advance, never billed silently.

Term and cancellation

There is no minimum term. You may cancel monthly, at the end of the month, without giving reasons, in text form to hola@stayfritz.es.

Your data

The data processed in your box belongs to you. You may request a full export at any time — database, files and history — including and especially before cancelling.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR.

Your part, and the limits

You provide access to the systems the box should read from. Outward-facing actions — messages to your customers, prepared payments — happen only to the extent you have enabled.

The box prepares payments and watches deadlines; it does not approve them. Tax filings, payment approvals and legally binding decisions remain your responsibility.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. For slight negligence in breaching essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.
